What is included in the final price of a booked cruise?

As a general rule, your final booked cruise price will include the following:

  • Port fees and taxes (calculated in US dollars)
  • Onboard accommodation (based on cabin availability and preferences)
  • Standard meals and some snacks
  • Most onboard activities and entertainment
To some extent, the inclusiveness of your cruise fare depends on the packages offered by your cruise line. Normally, the following are not included in the final price of your cruise:
  • Meals in specialty restaurants on the ship
  • Drinks (alcoholic drinks in particular, but some sailings will also charge extra for soft drinks)
  • Airfare and airport transfers
  • Insurance
