Claudine Claudine Pepin Will Be Godmother Of Oceana Sirena
Oceana Cruises has announced their choice for godmother of the new Oceana Sirena. TV host and cookbook author Claudine Pepin, daughter of master chef Jaques Pepin, will be christening the ship in April 2016.
The 684 passenger luxury vessel will be christened in Barcelona April 27th 2016. After the ceremony, Claudine Pepin and her father, the acting master chef of the cruise line, will sail on board the inaugural sailing and interact with passengers as well as offer cooking lessons and book signings.
“Claudine’s passion for food, wine, travel and deep family traditions make her the perfect choice for Sirena‘s godmother,” said Jason Montague, president and chief operating officer for Oceania Cruises. ” As we continue to expand upon our finest cuisine at sea offerings, we are excited to deepen our relationship with the Pépin family and absolutely thrilled to have Claudine serve as godmother for Sirena.”
