The Queen Mary 2 (or QM2) secured a claim to fame by being the last remaining ocean liner, but perhaps its biggest draw (aside from the effortless elegance of its design) is the newly refurbished Kings Court buffet, which now feels more like an oasis than a feeding frenzy. While the QM2 still clings to the class-based amenity distinctions that have earned Cunard some criticism over the years, the ship is undeniably charming, and the luxury it offers feels genuine, unforced, and not gimmicky.
