Regent famously hailed the Seven Seas Explorer the "most luxurious" cruise ship ever before its launch, and while naysayers have tried to, well, naysay, this ship consistently over-delivers with phenomenal dining, exceptional service, and all-inclusive and complimentary shore excursions.
