Unlike the ships that made Windstar famous, Star Breeze looks and behaves more like a yacht, though this can be a plus for some cruisers. It means more spacious suites, port-focused programming, and the benefit of an $8.5 million expansion and refurbishment to lounges, the main restaurant, and the theater.
