Headquartered in the heart of Hanover, Cruisewatch is a digital cruise advisor with technologicalroots, and consistently rely on the use of artificial intelligence, mathematical forecasting, and bigdata. We constantly compare travel deals with each other and make predictions about which trips arethe perfect match for our clients, and when they can book these trips at the best price. Our data-driven approach leads to many innovative new cruise products, such as our unparalleled priceforecast. We pride ourselves on our customer centric approach, innovative tech developments, andmodern and lively workplace.

Your Role

  • Create, design and manage all ourmarketing activities with a focus on a datadriven approach
  • Responsible for our SEO strategy and execution to deliver customer growth
  • Design our brand and develop it
  • Define strategies, goals, channels, tools and budgets, also creatively outside the box
  • Responsible for all our social media and online marketing campaigns
  • Manage our Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn,Facebook, and Instagram accounts
  • Manage our website, SEM, and paid traffic
  • Optimize our customer contact points andcreate nurturing campaigns
  • Align the social media and online marketing activities with our channel partners
  • Manage our external partners
  • Be a permanent member of our management team and our international expansion

Your Profile

  • Relevant business experience, ideally in the ecommerce or travel environment
  • Solid knowledge across all online marketing channels relevant in the B2C space
  • Proven SEO expert managing all related measures for unpaid customer growth
  • Ability to create appealing and effective visual and written communication
  • Analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Marketing creativity & growth hacking skills
  • Solid technical skills to deal effectively with tools like Hootsuite, AdEspresso,Google Analytics, Excel and alike
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3,JavaScript would be nice
  • Good communication skills - we’re expanding internationally, so a global mindset is key!
  • You value courage and entrepreneurship. In an agile environment you will find new creative solutions.
